Armed with Power Factor Correction in its power supply, the XMV8140 delivers harmonically balanced audio at lower currents without affecting its output intensity. Versatile operation that’s protected
Understandably, every application isn’t going to be equal — you’ll need to run both high- and low-impedance connections within the same space at times that would ordinarily require the use of varying amps and transformers. Luckily, the XMV8140 can handle both impedances, even at the same time, enabling both streamlined system linking and much simpler installation. This power amp not only accommodates high-impedance, 70V/100V (125W) line-level connections and low-impedance, 4-ohm/8-ohm (140W) connections at the same time, but offers assignability for 70V and 100V modes to channel pairs without inhibiting the total number of available outputs — eliminating the need for bridge mode channel combinations!
