Flagship-quality BOSS effects and AIRD amp models

You can get everything you need, from overdrives and distortions to pitch and modulation effects, delays, and studio-quality reverbs. You also get 11 dedicated Pedal FX, a looper, and specialized effects, including an acoustic guitar and down-tuned simulations. As for amplifiers, the ME-90's AIRD-powered amp models are second to none, covering everything from squeaky-clean combos to red-hot high-gain stacks, supplying you with authentic tube tones with realistic touch response. Each amp includes a dedicated cab, plus you can load three of your favorite speaker IRs. The ME-90 gives you 60 effects in total, along with 11 onboard amp types, plus you can access more via BOSS Tone Studio software. Eight footswitches operate smoothly and quietly, and its built-in expression pedal provides effortless real-time control over your effects. You can use the ME-90's Memory mode to call up complete patch setups using the footswitches, or you can use Manual for direct control of each effect category within a patch. The footswitches on this guitar multi-effects pedal include colored LEDs for at-a-glance identification. Moreover, you can set the LEDs to light in a fixed color for each mode.

If you really want to extend the ME-90's configuration and editing capabilities, fire up BOSS Tone Studio software on your Mac or Windows-based PC. With BOSS Tone Studio, you can edit tones, change out amp and effect types, and a whole lot more. You can also save and organize your patches for different applications, download professionally crafted setups from BOSS Tone Central, and swap patches with the robust ME-90 community on BOSS Tone Exchange. You can also purchase an optional Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adapter (sold separately), which allows you to stream music from a mobile device and wirelessly shape tones using a dedicated app on your smart device.
