The Tanglewood TWJPS Exotic Java Parlour Acoustic is a small bodied, elegant guitar with a clear, punchy sound. Ideal for anyone who wants a compact instrument that's equally at home when played on stage or when lounging on the sofa, this beautifully crafted guitar produces a warm, natural sound that won't hold you back.
With a bright spruce top, a rich sounding amara and mango back, and amara sides, you get a guitar that not only looks stunning, but also has an extremely dynamic tonal pallet. This quality construction results in a detailed sound with excellent resonance. If you are looking for a guitar that will let your playing flourish, look no further than the Tanglewood Exotic Java Parlour Acoustic.
A lot of guitars can look very similar from the front. The real test for an instruments cosmetic is when you turn them round and look at the back. Inspired by Italian marquetry techniques, the Java guitars have an Amara Ebony back and sides with a contrasting strip of Spalted Mango timber defining the back of the instrument and making the Java series really stand out from the crowd. Models come in Travel, Orchestra, Parlour, Dreadnought and Super Folk with the Electro models fitted with Fishman Presys EQ systems and Solid Canadian Cedar tops.
