The Studio Recipe's superior Hardware/Shell combination delivers explosive midrange projection for clean tonality and extended low-frequency punch. Masters Maple/Gum offers (arguably) the best drum sounds ever recorded, and is made from a EvenPly-Six blend of premium North American maple and flamed sweet rubber wood. Combined with a flat 60° outer rim, this thin and dense frame creates a powerful, primed recording tone. By adding robust and classic hardware elements to its thin and dense shell, the Masters Maple/Gum creates a robust ground tone with a strong midrange balance.
