The HD96-Air features award-winning Midas mic preamps, dual HyperMAC and AES50 networking for up to 480 channels of I/O, and a dual network bridge format converter with asynchronous sample rate conversion supporting 128 bidirectional channels. You also get 24 VCAs, 24 POPulation groups, and 24 customizable user buttons paired with 12 high-definition LCDs — all backed by versatile analog I/O switchable to AES3. Topping it all off, the console offers up to 24 multichannel DSP effects engines and dual redundant power supplies for uncompromising reliability and performance.
