The Vintage ReIssued Series V6VW combines the very best of time-served aesthetics and forward-thinking design ingenuity. A trio of Wilkinson WVS Alnico V pickups give the guitar the perfect balance between scorching highs, rich mids and plummy low end, just what you'd expect from a guitar of this nature. The Wilkinson vibrato bridge, meanwhile, features an innovative stagger-drilled block which radically improves the guitar's intonation, whilst maintaining incredible return-to-pitch accuracy. The body of this guitar is made of solid American alder. The neck, which is bolted to the body, has been turned from hard maple and is fitted with a composite wood fingerboard with twenty-two frets. Position dots make it easy to navigate its surface. Sound pickups are provided by a trio of Wilkinson single-coil pickups with Alnico V magnets, with the centre pickup having reverse polarity windings. Their sound can be shaped using a volume control, two tone controls and a five-position switch. So you can tailor the overall tone to your exact needs. ​

The strings are housed in a high-quality Wilkinson WVC single-coil tremolo with authentic vintage design and chrome tuning machines of the same brand. A bright pickguard enhances the guitar's appearance while protecting its paintwork from scratches.
