This upgraded 200 Series Grand Auditorium offers the clarity and balance that make our best-selling body shape a hit with guitarists of all genres and styles. The inviting narrow-waisted body sits comfortably in your lap when seated, while a slightly narrower 1-11/16" nut width makes it easy for beginners to play chords and notes. 

The layered rosewood back and sides pair beautifully with a solid Sitka spruce top for room-filling projection and a versatile sound profile that excels in all musical settings. This upgraded Plus model features black binding and a high-gloss finish, as well as a Venetian cutaway, 4mm dot inlays, and ES2 electronics for amplified plug-and-play sound. It comes in a new Aerocase ™ designed for lightweight and rugged protection of your guitar wherever you take it.

Taylor 200 Plus Series
The new 200 Plus series is made of layered rosewood and solid spruce and lives up to its name with several improved features: a high-gloss body, machine heads made of Taylor 18-1 nickel and the new AeroCase™, which combines all the protective features of a hard-shell case with a material construction that accounts for one-third of the weight. 

You can choose between a dreadnought and Grand Auditorium body. Both guitars have a mahogany neck, genuine West African ebony fingerboard and bridge, Venetian cutaway, 25_½" scale length and an easily playable Taylor neck with a nut width of 1-11/16". Features include a black cover, three-ring rosette, Italian 4 mm acrylic dot inlays, faux tortoise shell pickguard and ES2 electronics on board.
