• The Ashdown ABM-900 Evo III bass amplifier head sports three rotary tone knobs that deliver 20dB of boost and cut at 60Hz, 660Hz, and 5kHz. These are intelligently supplemented by two pairs of sliders supplying 15dB boost/cut at 180Hz, 340Hz, 1.3kHz, and 2.6kHz, respectively. The EQ actuation is footswitchable, letting you instantly go from, say, a flatwound fretless sound to a boosted one. You can also blend the solid-state and tube preamp stages for a huge range of clean and overdriven tones.
