Yamaha HS3 and HS4
Sold in pairs, the HS3 and HS4 are equipped with 3.5 and 4.5-inch drivers respectively. In each case, the left speaker carries a powerful Class D amplifier, and the right speaker is passive which allows for easy setup and transportation. Besides the driver size, there is also a slight difference in the tweeter design. Specifically, the HS3 has a 0.75-inch fabric dome tweeter, while the HS4 is equipped with a 1-inch tweeter. On the rear panel, both models are rear-ported with bass reflex tunnels. Built with “Twisted Flair” technology to reduce noise and ensure solid performance, the HS3 can reproduce frequencies down to 70 Hz, and the HS4 goes down to 60 Hz. 

Its Room Control switch allows you to tailor its low-frequency response, centered around 500Hz, to your listening environment — an essential for rear-ported speakers like the HS4. You also get a High Trim switch, centered around 2kHz, for customizing the speaker's high-frequency response. The HS4 also accommodates XLR/TRS combo, RCA, and stereo mini input connections, allowing you to use it with a wide range of sound sources.
