The YOB-431B is made of top quality aged and seasoned grenadilla wood for a rich 'professional' sound. This is the same material as used on Yamaha Custom models and it has been carefully crafted in a similar manner.

It features accurate intonation, a balanced response, and an exquisite tone - truly professional quality at an intermediate model price.

The 431B has a semi-automatic octave system and also includes a thumb plate. The keys are hand-adjusted by experienced artisans for precise playability. 

• Keys:  The ergonomic silver-plated key design is based upon the Custom series for comfortable performance.
• Trill keys:  C#-D#, F#-G#, Ab-Bb, A#-B, B-C#, left C-D, right C-D 
• Auxiliary Keys:  3rd octave key, Left-hand F key, Fork F resonance key.
• System: Simplified Conservatoire (semi-automatic octave system) 

The Yamaha YOB-431B is supplied in a hard case with handled case cover, an external cleaning cloth, cleaning swab and cork grease.
