The P-525 is the premium model of Yamaha's world-renowned P Series compact digital pianos, offering authentic feel, beautiful sound, and enhanced Voices for key instruments. Piano Voices are derived from two world-class concert grand pianos: the Yamaha CFX and the Bösendorfer Imperial. With speaker output, as well as the variety and quality of Voices, including organ and electric piano, are significantly improved over its predecessor, the P-515.

The wooden keys—renowned for their feel—have been upgraded from NWX keys to GrandTouch-S™ 88-key keys. This brings the playing experience even closer to the touch of a grand piano. With a Registration Memory function for saving and recalling settings, and other useful and convenient features for small-scale live performances, the P-525 can also function as a stage piano. The P-525 is the flagship in the P-series.
