The Samson Auro D1500 active subwoofer delivers powerful, punchy lows that let your audiences really feel the bass. The Auro D1500 pumps out 1,000 watts of power from a tidy low-profile enclosure that weighs in at just over 50 pounds. Perfect for gigging musicians, mobile DJs and other SR purposes, the Auro D1500 is loaded with a 15" long-excursion low-frequency driver powered by a lightweight Class D amplifier and comes equipped with the flexible I/O you'll need to handle any live situation.

Designed for gigging convenience
Samson designed the D1500 for gigging convenience. Its balanced XLR-1/4" combo and unbalanced stereo RCA inputs let you easily route the outputs of your DJ mixer directly into the subwoofer. The system also gives you two sets of stereo output options, including stereo XLR highpass filter outputs for quick integration of powered satellites into your PA rig, as well as additional parallel full-range XLR outs. And speaking of satellites, the D1500 sports an integrated 1-3/8" pole-mount receptacle.
This sub's ready for anything
The Samson D1500 is fitted with a variable lowpass filter and a switch for selecting DSP settings pre-tuned for specific situations. Signal, Limiter, and Protect LED indicators keep you informed of amplifier levels, and the Polarity switch can be used to ensure that the D1500 is in phase with the rest of your PA system. The roadworthy Auro D1500 cabinet boasts solid 5/8" plywood construction, and is covered in a tough, textured paint finish. The enclosure is fitted with two ergonomic recessed carring handles that make for easy transport.
