The spruce top is contrasted beautifully by the ovangkol back and sides which produces a deep, defined low response with a punchy and powerful high response. Ovangkol originates from West Africa and has a unique appearance with a smooth golden grain. Blended with its spruce top, the Discovery Super Folk offers a superb tone perfect for folk and folk-inspired genres.
