The Eastar EVA-2 4/4 quarter violin is made of spruce panel, maple backboard, and lacquered side plates. It is a practical violin product, with “dots” on the fingerboard, which makes it easy to quickly determine the placement of the fingertips during the learning process. The violin is completely handcrafted, with embedded black lines, smooth surface, vertical lines are based on high-level violin standards, so the grip feels good. The tuning knobs are made of high-quality wood, so that the friction coefficient is appropriate, easy to adjust, and not easy to “out of tune” after adjusting.  The original purpose of this violin design is to help beginners quickly find their position, position their fingers correctly on the violin during learning and practicing, and form good muscle memory. Please note that tuning a violin is not an easy task. If you find it difficult to tune the EVA-2, please seek professional help. Beginner tuning is easy to break the strings, so be sure to learn to tune properly.

How to determine the right violin size for your body shape, especially your hand length. Violins come in 8 different sizes: 4/4 (also called “full size”), 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/10, 1/16 and 1/32. 4/4 is the largest size and 1/32 is the smallest. To measure the most appropriate violin size, you need to know the length between the neck and the middle of the left palm. The violin size determined by the neck/palm approach will be the determining size that will be used later.
